Tame smarter. Breed better. Plan exactly.

ARKTools runs the same math ARK: Survival Evolved uses - straight from the game files - for 66 of the most-tamed creatures. Food counts, taming time, narcotics, stat inheritance odds, mutation chances and kibble recipes, all verified against the community wiki.

Why trust these numbers?

Every calculator here is a port of the formulas ARK itself uses, using the species constants published by the ARK Smart Breeding project from extracted game files, cross-checked against the ARK Community Wiki. The formulas are unit-tested against hand-worked examples - for instance a level 150 Rex with Exceptional Kibble at 1x needs exactly 17 kibble, tames in ~58 minutes at 98.7% effectiveness and comes out at level 224.

Coverage is deliberately a curated subset - 66 of the most-tamed creatures - so that everything shown is verified rather than crowd-guessed. Special-mechanic tames (Wyvern milk, Rock Drake venom, Reaper gestation, Titanosaur, Carcharodontosaurus corpse-feeding) are included and clearly flagged instead of silently miscomputed. See Data & Sources for the full method.
